Dunkin’ International Digital Platform

  • Introduction

The purpose of this Checklist document is to allow a market to provide Inspire Brands and buzzParade with information about their business readiness, ability to fulfill technical requirements and support capabilities to set-up the Dunkin’ International Online Ordering Platform and Loyalty Program. This allows the market to respond to both business and technical requirements presented in this document.

  • Response Delivery

Working with your Field Marketing Manager (FMM), International Business Manager (IBM) and Digital & Delivery Manager (DDM), please complete the online Checklist at the earliest convenience. An alternative option, a hard copy can be completed and emailed to your FFM, IBM DDM. The earlier we receive the information, the faster we can share the project plan & timelines.

  • Important Instructions

When responding to the Checklist Document, the respondent’s answers must clearly indicate its response directly next to each requirement. In cases where a requirement or statement does not apply or the respondent is unable to respond, the respondent should respond with "N/A" (Not Applicable) and briefly explain the reason for not responding. It is not acceptable for the respondent to simply state “see requirement above/below” or “see attached document/brochure/agreement”. After the respondent has responded to the stated requirement, it may then include references to other documents. Blank responses will be interpreted as an inability to provide the service in the area in question. The respondent may add items not specifically requested within the Checklist Document by placing them at the end of the respondent’s Checklist Document. Throughout this document, the term “CP” means Content Provider or you, the respondent.

  • General Response Requirements

By submitting this document, the market agrees that the respondent has read and understands this Checklist Document and its content is responsive to and complies with the instructions and conditions of this document.*

  • Completion

Once completed, an electronic copy of the completed checklist is sent to the market for reference.
